Department of Energy
The Department of Energy Engineering (DE), as a basic teaching and research unit of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, is the successor to the Chair of Thermotechnics, one of the oldest chairs in the Faculty, and partly to the Chair of Machines. The Chair of Thermotechnics was established in 1964 following its separation from the Chair of Machines.
